Your date will be booked once a $75 booking fee is paid. This can be paid with venmo or I can send you an invoice with a card payment option. The $75 fee counts towards your event cost. The remaining balance can be paid the day of the event with card/cash or venmo @ fiestafacepaint with the last 4 digits 8423

The time per guest depends on the kind of designs you want. The standard menu board is roughly 10-12 per hour.

For large events such as community events or school fairs I can offer a quick menu with small designs to be able to paint more guests. This would be 25 max.​

We require a minimum of  2 hours which will serve 20 guests. Each additional hour would be 10 extra guests. See rates.

If you realize you need more time during the event you can see if I have availability to stay longer but this may not be the case. It is best to book the amount you think you need. 

The sooner the better. Weekends fill up quickly. I book at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Reach out today to see if I have availability for your date. 

 Yes you can. We charge an additional $25 per hour to provide both options at your event. Please make sure you discuss this 

 If the event is outside we would need a shaded area. A canopy or umbrella would work. We provide a chair and the painting station. If you need us to bring a canopy this would be $10 extra. A table and 2 chairs.

Yes, I can bring design options to fit the theme. Sometimes this requires practice prior to the event so make sure to let me know in advance.

Yes, as long as you book in advance we can coordinate for more than 1 artist to be there.

Yes, we carry general and liability insurance.
