Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book your services?

Please fill out the request form here. I will get back to you within 48 hours.  Once we get in touch, you will receive an email with a basic contact. Your date will be booked once a $50 booking fee is paid. This can be paid with venmo or I can send you an invoice with a card payment option. The $50 fee counts towards your event cost. The remaining balance can be paid the day of the event with card/cash or venmo @ fiestafacepaint with the last 4 digits 8423

How many guests can you serve per hour

The time per guest depends on the kind of designs you want. The standard menu board is roughly 10-12 per hour.

 

For large events such as community events or school fairs I can offer a quick menu with small designs to be able to paint more guests. This would be 25 max.​

How many hours should I book?

We require a minimum of  2 hours which will serve 20 guests. Each additional hour would be 10 extra guests. See rates.

If you realize you need more time during the event you can see if I have availability to stay longer but this may not be the case. It is best to book the amount you think you need. 

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better. Weekends fill up quickly. I book at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Reach out today to see if I have availability for your date. 

Do you offer a combination of face painting and glitter tattoos?

 Yes you can. It would be the same charge. You would need to let me know that you want this to make sure I have the right supplies with me. 

What do I need to provide?

 If the event is outside I would need a shaded area. A canopy or umbrella would work. We provide a chair and the painting station. If you need us to bring a canopy this would be $10 extra.

I have a special theme for my party. Can you do custom designs to fit the theme?

Yes, I can bring design options to fit the theme. Sometimes this requires practice prior to the event so make sure to let me know in advance.

Can you offer multiple artist to the event?

Yes, as long as you book in advance we can coordinate for more than 1 artist to be there. 

How and when do I pay?

The $50 non refundable booking fee is due at the time you reserve your date. The remaining amount can be paid the day of the event with cash/ venmo or card. If you require an invoice let me know prior to the event date. 

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, I carry general and liability insurance.
